Use a client to establish an encrypted connection. MeteVPN is designed for cross-border access and network acceleration. Connection protection does not replace good account security: keep your username, password, and subscription link safe. When troubleshooting, never post your full subscription details publicly.

Pay close attention to the difference between monthly plans and data packs: monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date, while data packs last until depleted. If you're changing an existing plan, also check the remaining days and the change details shown on the page.
Choose a payment method offered at checkout and follow the instructions for that order. When paying with USDT, carefully check the recipient details and requirements shown on the page. Don't reuse information from chat messages or an old order. This page does not provide a payment address or estimate a converted amount.
After paying, return to the user panel to check the order status and confirm your plan and data details. If the status hasn't updated, keep your order details and proof of payment; don't create the same order repeatedly just to try again. For help, describe the issue in a support ticket. REFUND / POLICY
If you decide to stop using the service, sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket. Include the relevant order details and your request so the order can be identified. Never share your password or full subscription link publicly. For refund terms, read the Terms of Service.
Track progress in the same ticket and add any follow-up information there to keep order details together. Follow the ticket response for next steps with your payment method. This page does not promise a specific processing time, and a refund policy does not mean refunds are automatic.
